Treatments

Where your skin journey starts.

Every treatment here begins with a consultation — the start of looking after your skin properly, rather than reacting to it.

Lara will assess your skin, explain what each treatment does, and create a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your skin goals.

Anti-Wrinkle Injections

Soften lines while keeping your natural expressions

Anti-wrinkle injections work by gently relaxing the muscles that cause expression lines to form. As these muscles soften, the overlying skin becomes smoother, reducing the appearance of lines and helping to prevent deeper wrinkles from developing over time.

What people notice first is that they look fresher and more rested. Frown lines soften, forehead lines become less noticeable, and crow’s feet appear smoother — without changing the way you look.

This is a treatment for dynamic wrinkles caused by movement rather than volume loss. It won’t add fullness or reshape your face, but it can create a smoother, more refreshed appearance while maintaining natural facial expression.

Results usually begin to appear within a few days, with the full effect developing after around two weeks. Most people choose to maintain their results with treatment every three to four months, helping their skin remain smoother and preventing lines from becoming more deeply established.

Skin Boosters

Hydration that works from within

Skin boosters are injectable hydrators. Rather than sitting on the surface the way a moisturiser does, they place hyaluronic acid into the skin itself, where it draws in and holds water across the whole area treated.

What people notice first is usually the light. Skin that had gone flat starts to catch it again. Fine lines soften because the skin underneath is plumper — not because anything has been frozen or filled.

This is a treatment for skin quality rather than shape. It won’t change your features or add volume to your cheeks. It makes the skin you have look better hydrated, more even and considerably less tired.

Most people have a short course spaced a few weeks apart, then top up a couple of times a year. Downtime is minimal, though small bumps at the injection points are normal for a day or so.

Polynucleotides

Repair, rather than replace

Polynucleotides are one of the more interesting things to arrive in aesthetics in years. They are purified DNA fragments, and rather than filling or hydrating, they prompt the skin to repair itself — encouraging your own cells to produce collagen and elastin.

The result is a change in skin quality rather than a visible correction. Skin becomes firmer and more resilient. Texture evens out. The area under the eyes, which is notoriously difficult to treat well, often responds better to this than to anything else we offer.

It is a slower treatment, and it’s honest to say so. You won’t walk out looking different. The change builds across a course of three or four sessions and keeps developing for weeks after the last one.

Well suited to thin, crepey or tired skin, and to anyone who wants improvement without anything being added.

Microneedling

Your skin’s repair response, used deliberately

Microneedling creates thousands of tiny controlled channels in the skin. Your body reads them as injuries and responds the way it always does, by producing fresh collagen. The needling itself isn’t the treatment. The healing is.

That makes it one of the most effective options for texture. Acne scarring, enlarged pores, rough patches and the sort of general unevenness that no amount of skincare shifts all respond to a proper course.

Expect to look flushed for a day, similar to mild sunburn, and to be back to normal by the second. Results build over a course of three to six sessions spaced a month apart, and continue improving for several months afterwards.

It also improves how well your skincare works, since the same channels let active ingredients reach further than they otherwise would.

Chemical Peels

Resurfacing, at the strength your skin can take

A peel removes the dull, damaged surface layer of skin so that fresher skin comes through. It’s one of the oldest treatments in aesthetics and still one of the most reliable, particularly for pigmentation and for skin that has simply stopped looking bright.

Strength is everything here. A light peel leaves you glowing by the weekend with nothing visible in between. A deeper one asks for a few days of flaking in return for a much bigger change. Which you have depends on your skin, your pigmentation and what you can accommodate around your life.

Sun spots, patchy tone, congestion and general dullness are the usual reasons people come. Courses work better than one-offs, and autumn and winter are the sensible months for the stronger options.

Aftercare matters, and you’ll leave with clear instructions and proper sun protection advice.

Dermal Fillers

Volume, put back where it went

Faces don’t simply wrinkle as they age. They lose volume, and they lose it unevenly. Cheeks flatten, temples hollow, the jawline softens, and the whole face reads as tired even when you’re not.

Fillers are hyaluronic acid gels that restore that lost volume. Placed properly — in the right amounts, in the right planes — they lift and support rather than inflate. Nobody should be able to tell. People should simply think you look well.

This is where the practitioner matters more than the product. Lara treats conservatively, builds gradually across appointments where that’s the better route, and will decline to treat if what you’re asking for won’t look like you. That isn’t a sales technique. It’s the entire point of a nurse-led clinic.

Dermaplaning

Smooth, radiant skin in one treatment

Dermaplaning is a gentle exfoliation treatment that removes dead skin cells and fine facial hair using a sterile surgical blade. By clearing away the outer layer of dull skin, it instantly reveals a smoother, brighter and more radiant complexion.

What people notice first is usually how soft their skin feels. Makeup glides on more evenly, skincare products absorb more effectively, and the skin has a fresh, healthy glow.

This is a treatment for skin texture rather than skin tightening. It won’t change your features or treat deeper wrinkles, but it will leave your complexion looking smoother, more refined and refreshed.

There is little to no downtime, although mild redness can occur for a few hours after treatment. For best results, dermaplaning is usually repeated every four to six weeks to maintain a bright, healthy-looking complexion.

How it works

Every monthly payment is added to your Personal Skin Investment Fund — credit you can put towards consultations, treatments and medical-grade skincare at the clinic. Each payment stays valid for six months from the date it is added, and the oldest credit is always used first. Minimum term six months, then rolling monthly.

Questions

The things people ask before they book.

Do I need a consultation before any treatment?

Yes, always. It’s how we make sure a treatment is safe and suitable for you rather than simply available.

It also means you’re never committing to something that hasn’t been explained to you properly, and you leave knowing what a plan would involve before you decide anything.

What happens at my consultation?

You’ll sit down with Lara and talk through what’s been bothering you. She’ll assess your skin, your facial structure and your medical history, and explain which of the treatments here would actually address it.

You’ll get full costs, what’s involved, recovery and realistic timescales. Nothing is booked on the day unless you want it to be.

Will I look like I’ve had something done?

Not if we do our job. The brief here is that people notice you look well rather than noticing the treatment.

If what you’re asking for wouldn’t look like you, Lara will say so and explain why — and suggest what would work better.

Does it hurt?

Most treatments here involve mild, brief discomfort rather than pain. Topical numbing is used where it makes a difference, and the injectable treatments use very fine needles.

Peels and microneedling have more of a sensation to them, and we’ll tell you exactly what to expect before you book rather than after.

Will I need time off?

For most of what we offer, no. Skin boosters and polynucleotides leave small bumps at the injection points that settle within a day.

Microneedling leaves you flushed for a day, similar to mild sunburn. A deeper peel asks for a few days of flaking. Those two are worth planning around a weekend or a quiet week.

How soon will I see a difference?

It depends entirely on the treatment. Skin boosters and peels show a change within days.

Polynucleotides and microneedling work by prompting your own skin to repair, so they build across a course and keep improving for weeks or months after the last session. If you want something for a specific date, tell us and we’ll work backwards from it.

How long do results last?

It depends on the treatment, your skin and your lifestyle — and any clinic quoting you a single figure is guessing.

You’ll get realistic timescales for your specific plan at your consultation, including how often you’d need to come back to maintain it.

Why aren’t there prices on the website?

Partly regulation, and partly because a price without a plan is meaningless. What you need depends entirely on your skin, and quoting a number before anyone has looked at it would be guesswork.

You’ll have full costs in writing before you commit to anything, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.

Am I too young — or too old — for this?

Neither, usually. Younger patients tend to come for skin quality and prevention; older patients more often for volume and texture. Both are reasonable reasons to be here.

What matters is that the treatment suits your skin now, which is exactly what the consultation establishes. We don’t treat anyone under eighteen.

What if you don’t think I need treatment?

Then we’ll tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is better skincare and a review in a few months, and sometimes it’s that what you’re seeing in the mirror doesn’t need fixing at all.

You won’t be sold something to justify the appointment. That’s the whole reason a clinic like this is nurse-led.
