A consultation-first approach to lines and wrinkles at The Mansfield Park Clinic, a nurse-led clinic beside Carr Bank Park in Mansfield.
Every consultation is with Lara Eastwood, a Registered Nurse with nineteen years in the NHS and twelve in aesthetics. Nothing is decided until you’ve talked it through.
Book a ConsultationLines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes are among the most common reasons people come to the clinic. They’re also where a careful assessment matters most, because the right approach depends on what’s causing the line, and on you.
At your consultation Lara looks at your skin and your face as a whole, asks about your medical history and what’s been bothering you, and talks you through the options that could suit you, including whether anti-wrinkle injections are appropriate.
You leave with a clear, honest plan and the full cost in writing. There’s no obligation to go ahead, and no pressure on the day.
Best forPeople concerned about forehead lines, frown lines or lines around the eyes Book a ConsultationYou’ll sit down with Lara and talk through what you’d like to change and why. She’ll assess your skin and facial movement, go through your medical history and any medication, and explain what’s realistic for you.
If a treatment is suitable, she’ll explain what it involves, the risks and the aftercare, and you’ll get the full cost in writing. If it isn’t suitable, or isn’t the best answer, she’ll tell you and explain why.
Some lines are about movement, and some are about the skin itself: dryness, thinning or a loss of collagen. Those often respond better to treatments that work on skin quality.
Depending on your skin, Lara may suggest skin boosters for hydration, polynucleotides for thin or crepey skin, or microneedling for texture and fine lines, instead of or alongside other treatment. The point of the consultation is to find the right answer, not to sell a particular one.
Lara is a Registered Nurse with nineteen years in the NHS and twelve in aesthetics. She treats conservatively, takes her time over every consultation and will decline to treat if something isn’t right for you.
The clinic is at Carr Bank Stables, Windmill Lane, beside Carr Bank Park, with clients coming from across Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse, Sutton-in-Ashfield and Kirkby in Ashfield.
Yes, always. A consultation is how we make sure any treatment is suitable and safe for you, rather than simply available.
Skin boosters, polynucleotides and microneedling all work on the quality of the skin, and can help with fine lines that aren’t caused by movement. Lara will explain which, if any, suits you.
It depends on what you need, so the cost is confirmed at your consultation once Lara has assessed you.
You’ll have the full cost in writing before you decide anything, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
That’s fine. You’ll leave with honest advice about your skin and what’s realistic, and the decision is entirely yours.
Not always, which is one reason every treatment starts with a consultation. Treatment isn’t offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the clinic doesn’t treat anyone under eighteen.
Lara will go through your medical history with you before recommending anything.
