About

Meet Lara.

When you choose an aesthetics practitioner, you’re trusting someone with far more than your appearance. You’re trusting them with your confidence, your wellbeing and your safety.

That responsibility has never been one I take lightly.

I’m Lara — an Advanced Aesthetic Nurse and Registered Nurse with over sixteen years’ experience in the NHS, including emergency care.

Why it matters

A&E trained, with advanced complications management.

Sixteen years of NHS nursing, including emergency care, builds a particular kind of clinical judgement — precision, and a calm that only frontline healthcare gives you.

I hold advanced training in complications management, and recognising and treating severe reactions is something I was taught to do long before I moved into aesthetics.

It’s not the part of my background people usually ask about. But it’s the reason you can relax in my chair: if something unexpected happened, I would know exactly what to do.

Why I chose aesthetics

I’ve always loved helping people feel better.

In emergency nursing, that meant helping people through some of the hardest days of their lives. In aesthetics, it means helping people rediscover their confidence and feel comfortable in their own skin.

There’s something genuinely rewarding about watching someone look in the mirror afterwards and seeing their whole energy change. Not because they look like someone else — because they look like the very best version of themselves.

That is why I do what I do. Aesthetics should never be about chasing perfection or following trends. It should be subtle and natural enough that your confidence shows, while you still look unmistakably like you.

More than a treatment

People tell me they come for the experience.

One thing clients say to me time and time again is that they don’t just come for the treatment. They come for the appointment itself.

I genuinely love meeting people. Creating a relaxed room is one of the most important parts of every appointment — whether it’s your first treatment or you’ve been coming for years, I want you at ease from the moment you walk in.

You will never feel rushed, pressured or judged. What you’ll get instead is honest advice, realistic expectations, and recommendations built around you — including, when it’s the right answer, advising against treatment altogether.

My promise

Advanced medical knowledge, and an artistic eye.

Every consultation is built around understanding you — your concerns, your goals, and how you want to feel when you leave.

Whether you want to soften the signs of ageing, improve your skin health, or simply feel more refreshed, my aim never changes.

To help you feel like the most confident version of yourself.

I can’t wait to welcome you to The Mansfield Park Clinic.

Training doesn’t stop at qualifying. Lara holds CPD-accredited certification and continues to train in new treatments and techniques.
