Cheek, chin, jawline and smile-line filler at The Mansfield Park Clinic, a nurse-led clinic beside Carr Bank Park in Mansfield.
Every treatment is planned and carried out by Lara Eastwood, a Registered Nurse with nineteen years in the NHS and twelve in aesthetics, and it always starts with a consultation.
Book a ConsultationFaces don’t simply wrinkle as they age. They lose volume, and they lose it unevenly. Cheeks flatten, the lines from nose to mouth deepen, the jawline softens, and the whole face can look tired even when you’re not.
Dermal fillers are hyaluronic acid gels that restore some of that lost volume and support. Placed in the right amounts and the right places, they lift and soften rather than inflate.
Lara treats conservatively and builds gradually where that’s the better route. The aim is that people think you look well, not that you’ve had something done.
Best forFlattened cheeks, nose-to-mouth lines, marionette lines, a soft jawline or chin Book a ConsultationCheek filler restores volume high on the cheekbone, which can lift the mid-face and soften the shadows beneath it.
Nose-to-mouth (nasolabial) lines and marionette lines are softened by supporting the skin around them, rather than simply filling the line itself.
Chin and jawline filler add definition and balance, particularly where a softer jawline has blurred the line between face and neck. For a planned approach across several areas, Lara also offers a bespoke V-Lift treatment, assessed individually at consultation.
Your appointment starts with a conversation. Lara will ask what bothers you, go through your medical history and look at your face as a whole before recommending anything. If filler isn’t the right answer, she’ll tell you.
If you go ahead, numbing cream can be applied first and the filler is placed with a very fine needle. Most people describe the feeling as pressure rather than pain.
Some swelling, tenderness or small bruises are common afterwards and settle within days. The result is usually clear after about two weeks, and a review can be booked if you need one.
For the first 24 hours, avoid make-up on the treated area, alcohol and strenuous exercise, and try not to press or massage the area unless you’ve been told to. Saunas, steam rooms and strong heat are best left for a couple of days.
You’ll leave with written aftercare instructions and a way to contact the clinic if anything worries you. If you have an event coming up, book at least two weeks before it.
It depends on the area treated, the product used and how quickly your body breaks it down. As a rough guide, many people find results last from several months to over a year.
Lara will give you a realistic timescale for your treatment at your consultation.
The aim is that you look like yourself, only more rested and better supported. Lara treats conservatively and would rather build gradually than overdo it.
If what you’re asking for wouldn’t suit your face, she’ll say so and explain what would work better.
No. Filler restores volume and support, so it suits lines caused by volume loss. Lines caused by movement need a different approach, which Lara can explain at your consultation.
Numbing cream can be used beforehand, and most people feel pressure rather than pain. The treatment itself is quick.
The price depends on the areas treated and how much filler you need, so it’s confirmed at your consultation once Lara has assessed your skin.
You’ll have the full cost in writing before you decide anything, and there’s no obligation to go ahead.
Not always, which is one reason every treatment starts with a consultation. It isn’t offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the clinic doesn’t treat anyone under eighteen.
Lara will go through your medical history with you, including any allergies, before recommending anything.
